Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within New Zealand at this moment in time.
Shipping is calculated using weight. Please note there is a surcharge for rural addresses and addresses on Waiheke Island. For smoother handling of your orders, please ensure you choose the correct shipping option for your region.
Do You Have a physical store?
No, we do not. However we stock many stores throughout New Zealand, so your local Asian supermarket may already carry our products! Alternatively, you can visit our online store.

Do you allow one-off purchases?
Yes, we do, however there may be minimum purchase amounts for certain products. For one-off purchases, feel free to browse, and order through our online store.
What is your policy on exchanges and refunds?
Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you have a problem with the products you’ve received, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation for you.
